Terms of Service

The simple rules for using TinyTies.

These Terms govern your use of the TinyTies app ("App"), operated by aimoxyz ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the App.

1. The service

TinyTies is a shared family-care app that lets you keep a logbook (meals, sleep, medicine, mood, notes), a calendar and handovers in sync across the family members you invite, with optional insights.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account, and you are responsible for the activity under your account and for the people you invite to your family. Keep your login secure.

3. Your content

You own the content you add (child details, entries, photos). You grant us a limited licence to store and display it solely to operate the App for you and the family members you share it with. You are responsible for having the right to add information about other people, including children in your care.

4. Not medical advice

TinyTies helps you record and organise care information. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, health or diagnostic advice. Insights and predictions are informational only. Always rely on a qualified professional for medical decisions, medication and emergencies.

5. TinyTies Pro subscriptions

  • TinyTies Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) and unlocks features such as multiple children, unlimited caregivers, insights and PDF handover export.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store / Google Play account settings.
  • Prices are shown in the App in your local currency and may vary by region.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the App: no unlawful, harmful or abusive content, no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, and no use that infringes others' rights.

7. Availability & changes

We work to keep the App reliable but provide it "as is" and may change, suspend or discontinue features. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data beyond our reasonable control. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.

Diese Bedingungen regeln deine Nutzung der TinyTies-App („App"), betrieben von aimoxyz („wir", „uns"). Mit der Nutzung der App stimmst du diesen Bedingungen zu. Wenn nicht, nutze die App bitte nicht.

1. Der Dienst

TinyTies ist eine App zur gemeinsamen Familienbetreuung: Logbuch (Essen, Schlaf, Medizin, Stimmung, Notizen), Kalender und Übergaben bleiben mit den eingeladenen Familienmitgliedern synchron – optional mit Insights.

2. Konto & Voraussetzungen

Du musst mindestens 18 Jahre alt (bzw. volljährig nach deinem Wohnort) sein, um ein Konto anzulegen. Du bist für die Aktivitäten in deinem Konto und für die Personen verantwortlich, die du in deine Familie einlädst. Halte deine Zugangsdaten sicher.

3. Deine Inhalte

Die von dir hinzugefügten Inhalte (Kindangaben, Einträge, Fotos) gehören dir. Du gewährst uns eine begrenzte Lizenz, sie ausschließlich zum Betrieb der App für dich und die geteilten Familienmitglieder zu speichern und anzuzeigen. Du bist dafür verantwortlich, dass du berechtigt bist, Informationen über andere Personen – einschließlich der von dir betreuten Kinder – hinzuzufügen.

4. Keine medizinische Beratung

TinyTies hilft beim Erfassen und Organisieren von Betreuungsinfos. Es ist kein Medizinprodukt und gibt keine medizinischen, gesundheitlichen oder diagnostischen Ratschläge. Insights und Vorhersagen sind nur informativ. Verlasse dich bei medizinischen Entscheidungen, Medikamenten und Notfällen immer auf qualifizierte Fachkräfte.

5. TinyTies-Pro-Abos

  • TinyTies Pro ist ein automatisch verlängerndes Abo (monatlich oder jährlich) und schaltet Funktionen wie mehrere Kinder, unbegrenzte Betreuer:innen, Insights und PDF-Übergabe-Export frei.
  • Die Zahlung wird bei Kaufbestätigung deinem Apple- oder Google-Konto belastet.
  • Das Abo verlängert sich automatisch, sofern es nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ablauf der laufenden Periode gekündigt wird. Verwalten/kündigen kannst du es in den Einstellungen deines App-Store-/Google-Play-Kontos.
  • Preise werden in der App in deiner lokalen Währung angezeigt und können je nach Region variieren.
  • Erstattungen werden von Apple oder Google nach deren Richtlinien abgewickelt.

6. Zulässige Nutzung

Missbrauche die App nicht: keine rechtswidrigen, schädlichen oder missbräuchlichen Inhalte, keine Versuche, den Dienst zu stören, zu überlasten oder zurückzuentwickeln, und keine Nutzung, die Rechte Dritter verletzt.

7. Verfügbarkeit & Änderungen

Wir bemühen uns um einen zuverlässigen Betrieb, stellen die App aber „wie besehen" bereit und können Funktionen ändern, aussetzen oder einstellen. Wir können diese Bedingungen aktualisieren; die weitere Nutzung gilt als Zustimmung.

8. Haftung

Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, haften wir nicht für indirekte oder Folgeschäden oder für Datenverluste außerhalb unseres zumutbaren Einflussbereichs. Eine Haftung, die gesetzlich nicht beschränkt werden kann, bleibt unberührt.

9. Beendigung

Du kannst die Nutzung jederzeit beenden und dein Konto löschen. Bei Verstoß gegen diese Bedingungen können wir den Zugang aussetzen oder beenden.
